Prices and payment methods
The prices of our products are indicated in GBP (£) VAT included. Delivery costs have not been included in the prices indicated on the website unless stated otherwise. They depend on the weight and size of the desired product and will be added at checkout where applicable. The order must be paid up front. Although we have the right to change our prices at any time, you will be charged the price listed at the time you place your order. We will process your order after we have received your payment. We accept the following payment methods:
PayPal: All transactions paid for through our website will use Paypal. Credit or Debit cards can be used. Please Note: You do not need a Paypal account to make payment this way.

Bank transfer and cheque payments can only be made if confirmed by Honeybells Tents and Events. Goods will be dispatched only once cleared funds have been received. Whenever you pay online, payments are made via PayPal. This platform processes your financial information without disclosing it to Honeybells Tents & Events. You immediately receive a payment confirmation from Paypal. For more information on PayPal and its buyer protection policy, go to www.paypal.co.uk.
The products on our website can be purchased as long as they are in stock. Even though the website has been carefully revised and it is frequently updated, it may occur that some products are temporarily not available. If a product is temporarily sold out or unavailable, you will be contacted by e-mail or telephone within 5 working days after you place your order. We reserve the right to cancel your order if we have insufficient stock, do not deliver to your area or the product was listed at an incorrect price. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of so refusing or by reason of refusing or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
The goods are dispatched to the address you provide us with on Paypal. If you wish the goods to be dispatched to an alternative address, it is your responsibility to ensure we have the correct delivery information prior to making an order. Please be sure all details on your order, including items, delivery and billing address and contact numbers are correct, as once your order is in the system, orders will have to be halted and retrieved to make any changes - this will subsequently incur a £10.00 fee. Please ensure that there is someone at the delivery address who can sign for the package. In normal circumstances, the goods purchased are delivered within 15 working days after we receive your payment. Delivery can take 30 working days at the utmost. After 30 working days, the client will be informed about the delay and they will be offered the possibility to cancel their order. In no circumstance will Honeybells Tents & Events reimburse additional costs or pay damages.
Warranty and after sales service
At the time of delivery, please check whether the delivered products correspond with your order. If not so, please decline the goods and/ or inform us about the situation as soon as possible, within 8 days after delivery. We ensure that every product delivered by us meets the general quality and usability standards. Delivered products carry a one year warranty which starts immediately after delivery. Please immediately notify us by e-mail when problems may arise with any of our products and our Customer Service Team will contact you within two working days. If you call on the warranty, you are liable for any return costs of the faulty goods. All costs arising from the delivery of the repaired products will be at Honeybells Tents & Events expense, only if the delivery address is located in Western Europe. Note: The warranty only applies to production errors (for instance with respect to stitches and waterproofing) when using and maintaining the product as indicated, not to mould or damage caused by abnormal weather conditions or wear and tear. Moreover, the warranty does not apply in the following cases; if the product has been modified including corrections made without Honeybells Tents & Events permission, if the pole has bent during high winds or adverse weather conditions, if the original receipt/ invoice cannot be presented, if the product has been damaged on purpose, if the product has been used for professional or commercial use, or as a consequence of negligence or bad maintenance. Please always send us a copy of the invoice or the receipt if you wish to repair or exchange a purchased good.
The right of cancellation in case of distance selling
As a customer, you have the right to cancel a purchase without having to provide a justified reason within seven days after receipt of the delivery. The right of cancellation can only be called upon if the purchased products are returned in an undamaged, unused state, they are complete and are still in the original package. Please send us a copy of the invoice or the receipt if you wish to return a purchased good. The products will be returned at the customer's expense. After we have received the goods in a perfect state, we will reimburse you of the purchase costs, with the exclusion of shipping fees and PayPal costs, if any. Goods which have been manufactured to the customer's specifications are not returnable.
Exclusion of liability
The content of this website has been carefully selected. However, all offers, images and prices are liable to changes, typographical errors and scanning errors.
In the case of loss or non-delivery
Although we cannot be held liable for undelivered goods, we commit ourselves to insure every dispatched good. Consequently, both the purchase and delivery of our goods are completely insured. No sooner than 5 days after dispatch do we start an investigation into the delivery company. We will send you identical goods after it has been officially confirmed that the goods have been lost. Both delivery and purchase costs are to Honeybells Tents & Events expense in the case of loss or non-delivery.

We will not be liable for any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of markets, loss of reputation, loss of customers, loss of use, loss of an opportunity even if we had knowledge that such damages or loss might arise or for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages or loss howsoever arising including without limitation breach of contract, negligence, wilful act or default. We are not liable if we do not fulfil any obligations towards you at all as a result of: circumstances beyond our control such as (but not limited to): Acts of god including earthquakes, cyclones, storms, flooding, fire, disease, fog, snow or frost; Force majeure including (but not limited to) war, accidents, acts of public enemies, strikes, embargoes, perils of the air, local disputes or civil commotions; National or local disruptions in air or ground transportation networks and mechanical problems to modes of transport or machinery; latent defects or inherent vice in the contents of the shipment; criminal acts of third parties such as theft and arson.
